Charter installed inferior DVR - Moxi is worthless

I had an appointment between 3 and 5pm. Installer shows up at 4:55pm and didn't leave until 8:30pm.

I signed up for one of the top of the line cable packages. Digital cable, internet, telephone, HD, DVR. He installs the worst DVR that Charter has (Motorola Moxi). It is old technology, a horrible interface, and can't record anymore shows than a DVR from about 8 years ago. I have since found out from Charter, and I qoute, "Yeah, customers don't like the Moxi very much. I don't know why the tech installed that one at your house.".

It is unfortunate that you can't read. The MOXI is NOT top of the line. Look at the quote from Charter!?! 

They offered no other option.

youre an idiot. try their alternative, a Scientific Atlantic box. MOXI is top of the line. The Scientific Atlantic one will make you want to gouge your eyes out
