New format

I hate how Spectrum has changed from the Time Warner format. This is more complicated and not user friendly. Whoever designed it must not watch much tv. Why completely change something that worked fine? I'm really disgusted with it. Previously, if watching a program you could just hit the next key to see what was coming up. Now you have to look at a page with a picture and irrelevant information. The On Demand for channels again puts that annoying description up. Then, to find which episode of a program you want to watch you have to find where to scroll through, instead of it looking at those *** descriptions. Really disgusted with the changes.

Charter Communications - Customer Care Review

On 12/12/16 my services were interrupted. I called SPECTRUM customer service line for restoration. After give my last four of my ss# ,dl and credit card. I was transferred to sales and restoration. I explained to this tack head wood eating missippi mud duck. I was out of state and only had the billing address. She had the nerve to tell me she couldn't help me with restore my services with only my address. Help this wom5 get a GED in customer relations. I called by with the same info, talked to a professional got my services restored at least until i reach Att. I must apologize for waking that first fool up from her nap.

I could not rent a movie (nerve) due to the slow *** internet connection and I had to watch another movie while it downloaded i was not pleased with the service and I am getting better internet.

My cable service was not working for over 2hours. I called and they are supposingly working on it. I asked to make a complaint and they cut me off. All i see charter cable cutting down satelite companies for their down times. For over 3weeks sound goes off and the picture goes on and off. Does that look like charter is no better.

Sounds Of The Season MC

I have listened to your music for years and one of the most Hear Felt station this time of year is your Sounds Of The Season MC., but I have to tell you that most of the music this station plays is for the very young and I don't know how many young people listen to this station, but I have to bet that it's not a lot. I know that there are hundreds of wonderful old Christmas songs out there that Spectrum can put togehter so that us OLDER GENERATION could enjoy ALL WEEK and have some Great old Memories. Terrible service

Tried to get addition tv box and would not let me as my name was not on bill called husband to add me they would not talk to him because could not verify who he was all they had to do was check our account and see only I have paid the bill in the 35 years we have had service with them. Checking now to change company's not the first time have had trouble with them wanted to pay bill early as going out o town when due refused to give me account number REALLY ?? Yeah, I'm sure they purposely wanted to not allow you to upgrade or give them money when their whole purpose is to get you to upgrade and give more money. Every TV/Internet company has strict account authentication rules mandated by the FCC so you shouldn't be mad at the company; be mad at the FCC and yourself for not having a bill with your account info on it. Go ahead and switch and you'll see it's the same process everywhere.

As of 2 weeks ago Bright house became part of Spectrum (charter), for 2 weeks we have been trying to contact by phone customer service, we experienced up to 45 min hold, no returned calls, no emails, only a automated survey phone call that didn't allow me to really express my frustration with this terrible company. Any of the phone numbers listed on-line. your bill, TV etc, they lead to the same automated perpetual hold menu. I cant believe that the FCC is allowing this *** to take place, but money under the table makes anyone look the other way. IF YOU CAN SWAP SERVICES WITH ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.

Incompetent customer service and poor service

Myrtle Beach, zip code 29588- Continuing service interruptions past three months. Requires log on every two days , why? TMC customer service tech support. Incompetent at BEST!!! She said " we have no service interruptions in your area at this time. " So, with that said, I call them for NO REASON?? !! This is not acceptable, want my bill prorated for lousy and poor services. Charter Spectrum is operating "PRISM" and "Rainbow" wet dreams .. NOT CABLE that is for SURE!!! Even your follow up recording survey on the phone is below par. I sense that internally your right hand does not know your left hand is doing.. Even your outgoing message says "You are doing maintenance in my area!!"

I got a bill from them for over 600 dollars and it was for next door I called them and said I've never had there cable I have never lived next door they said I'd have to pay it these *** are crazy I'd never have there cable it's not worth a penny a month I told them I'm going to get a lawyer she hung up on me that shows you what a *** company this is
