Charter Communications - How hard is it to activate new modem?
Last night at about 9pm I first contacted them as I tried to activate my new high-end modem with router. They couldn't get it to work. So today I returned the Router and picked one from the list on their website of routers that had tested and recommended. They can't get this one to work either. I've called at least 10 times, probably more. I still have no internet, and the best they can do is MAYBE tomorrow. This is unexcussble.

Charter Communications - Nasty gram
Disruption of cable. Tonight the disruption was for cable update without prior customer notification. Call to find out why required an auto pilot computer conversation which led to a disconnect and never speaking to an actual customer service rep. Customers in the area of disruption should not be charged for today.

I received a disconnect notice for Sept 12 for a bill that was due Aug. 17th. Their stated policy says if your account is 30 days past due they will send you a notice on your next bill. That 30 days is counted from the day the bill is printed, not the actual due date....Read more
