Charter Communications - No closet scheduling

I was told to call back after New year's and the man that I talked to said there would probably be a sooner appt.. But the closest appt they had/have when I scheduled it was about 4 weeks away, now it's about 17 days away. I just thought they might have something closer especially because my bill is 101/month..

Charter Communications - Service outages

At least once a week this piece of s*** Charter Spectrum goes out at least when I had satellite and I saw a snowstorm, and I knew it was going to go out Charter you never know when it's going to go out and for how long this is right up there with tits on a bull.
