Whole street cable out, called and was told they would have to hear from two others on the street to call it an outage?!? WTH!!

The service is out every day, sometimes a few seconds and other times for hours! Customer Service is Awful!!! Another thing they will change your channels at will, then try to charge you more to receive the channels you originally had!! What's up with that?

I don't know cause you can not talk with anyone at the local level! ***, you can rarely even talk to a person after 30 minutes of a computer! This is Terrible Service!

For the amount we pay I personally expect Better Service! If this does not improve Greatly I will be looking elsewhere for my cable and internet provider!

Charter is not known for it's great customer service. If you like talking to someone in the Philippines or who-knows-where in broken English, then Charter is for you!

The level of service from Charter depends on where you live. Some areas are normally trouble-free but others have problems. Charter bought TWC and is encumbered now with an enormous debt load, thus crimping it's ability to upgrade and maintain it's lines, etc.

Good luck. When it works, Charter is fine but when it doesn't, you will become bald from tearing your hair out trying to get help from Charter.
