Charter Communications - Worst customer service I've ever encountered

I've had nothing but problems with their internet service. I'm constantly having to reset the modem, usually having to even unplug the coax to get it to reconnect. Every time I call I have to suffer through the worst automated system on the planet with an average of twenty minutes wasted just to get to an actual person. It's clear charter has no respect for its customers

Prices increased significantly for internet and cable. Promo foe new customers only. Screw existing patrons who helped them build their business. Limited options. Att required bundle internet with direct tv. Skybest required bundling with their phone service. Regulators GFY! You are scumbags just like monopolies you authorize.

Every other night I lose service around 12:30 a.m., why am I paying for no service? Your monolopy forces me to use your service, no other provider in this area. We plan to sell our house and buy in area where charter is NOT internet provider!
