Charter Communications - No service at huge Lutheran church.

Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley, Minnesota has nearly 10,000 members. The Charter cable internet service has been down for four days. Two service calls have resulted in nothing. This is a business as well as a church. There is no access to payroll (ADP), online registering, banking, etc... Charter would not even allow our Business Administrator to speak with upoer level technicians.
