This crummy outfit spends more on self promoting advertising than upgrades to their iffy at best ,"service".Around 11:30-12:30 every night,until 6AM, the cables pretty much useless,with screen and audio freezing and outages.Consistent,nearly every night.Calling,"service",gets you a belligerent juvenile with attitude problems and nothing to do but mess with you.This is an awful company.Their nauseatingly self serving commercials have me,and i suspect about everyone else who puts up with this crummy cracker outfit scramble for the mute button,channel changer,and vomit bag.Satellite's looking like a more viable option,given my two hundred dollar a month bill.

I am about to pull out also.The bill has gone up, and the service is terrible.

I told the arrogant representative, that I want to be taken out of spectrum.These people are sleazy, not professional at all.
