I have had three email accounts set up through charter for well over three years. When I moved from one location ( different zip codes) to other I was told my email would follow?

Well everything was fine until about four days ago. two account have been closed without an notification????? My wife and daughters account.

Then I try to give them new accounts and I only have standard permissions? Means you can't do that any more.

Try telling that to the robot......I go back into my account and (robot) says did I take care of your problem, and I say "NO WAY". Still no reply or a human contact. What is going on??? Automated it is not....

So what would happen if I did not pay my bill? Free service for three years.

When they call they can talk to my dog. Much more intelligent and friendlier.

Product or Service Mentioned: Charter Communications Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Now only robot to talk to.
