Charter installer stopped by to install cable, he said we needed a new cable line from the cable box to the house, so he ran a nice bright orange cable along on top of the ground... and expected ME to bury the cable, he left with no arrangements to get it buried/installed correctly.

I had to call Spectrum and have them get a work order to bury the cable going myself. Installed a box in my house for the cable line, not even close to flush on the wall, didn't clean up his mess. Back of the house has cut-off and capped cables hanging' all over it, real *** job. Install took 3 1/2 hours, and this is what I got...

very disappointed. Just hope the cable, internet and phone services are better than the install job.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
