I called support. The customer relations rep. walked thru what he could do remotely. We couldn't resolve the problem so he scheduled a repair person to look at it this coming Wed.

Charter Communications - B.s. payout

I had at&t/direct tv, charter/spectrum said they would buyout both. They paid the lessor of the 2 $135.00 leaving me to pay the $225.00 for direct! Called and called and called, everyone said we'll look into it. 7 months later still no word. They never intended to look into it!

One point that isn't so minor: the $29.99 is a teaser rate rather than a locked-in rate. When it is in effect, that's only for the first year. Make any changes to your package...
