Charter Communications - Waiting 6 months
I will try again to get my check from switching from Direct TV in August. I wait 6 weeks than call again. January 21 is my 4th time trying to get my refund. The customer service person said "Really, i've never heard it taking this long!" Anyone else having this problem? I may try better business bureau next.
Charter Communications - Un informed
Service has been out all day a form of comunication would be nice. Also an autimatic way for charter to credit someone for known down time would be much appreciated. Instead of me having to call and beg for it and give an "estimated" time for it being down when chances are you know already.

This company has the most unreliable Internet service. In fact, the only thing you can rely on is it being out of service about half the time you need it!

I haven’t been able to access my email since Wednesday, January 3 2018. When I called them they said they were aware of a problem but have no idea when it will be repaired.
