For 2 1/2 yrs i have been complaining about my service. My tv the picture freezes cracks up. They say keep calling well i would be on the phone 24 7. I never get it resolved. Talked to supervisor he will send his best tech. Got 5.00 off my bill one time. So fed up. They just getting my 190.00 a month.

I will try again to get my check from switching from Direct TV in August. I wait 6 weeks than call again. January 21 is my 4th time trying to get my refund. The customer service person said "Really, i've never heard it taking this long!" Anyone else having this problem? I may try better business bureau next.

Service has been out all day a form of comunication would be nice. Also an autimatic way for charter to credit someone for known down time would be much appreciated. Instead of me having to call and beg for it and give an "estimated" time for it being down when chances are you know already.
