Resolved: Unresolved issues

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I contacted charter spectrum escalation team and after a few phone calls and my case being Passed along they were able to refund me $140 and as for the bill regarding “ unreturned equipment “ they researched and determined I was correct & never had their equipment. They removed they bill also !.

October of 2020 I contacted spectrum to remove my old modem ( that I owned) to replace with my new modem .I then upped my internet to the ultra paying $94 a month. I work from home and my son does school from home. connectivity issues etc.We discovered spectrum put wrong modem . Instead of getting speeds of 400+ I was getting 38. I took so many sick days, cancelled overtime dealing with this. After this still more issues even after tech came. Now corporate refusing to reimburse &;;;;;; charging for equipment of theres that we dont have .

Continual Problems with Spectrum

They lost my cancellation order. Sold me service at new location, a package that doesn't exist. Every person I speak to contradicts the previous person I spoke to and passes the buck on resolving the issue. About 12 hours of my own time invested. Issues still not resolved.

Charter does not care about seniors in assisted living.

I called them to transfer my moms phone to nursing home.was told I needed to open up a new account.they told me the tech guy would be there in 2to3 days .never showed .happened 3 times.after many calls over 2weeks and hours on hold they told me they do not have service in the senior home.they do have 2 other phones in the facility.they lied and and are very incompetent. I finally got Verizon hooked up.mom really needed a phone and they were aware of her situation

Credit report

I had Time Warner Cable three damn years ago. I left this company because Grande communication had a better price on services. Long story short turned in all equipment , paid remaining charges. Now this charter 11 communication is on my credit report for $300 ... I am very angry. this is ridiculous.. I have contacted now spectrum and tried to get to the bottom of this, but they keep giving me the run around. This is total bull..... waste of time and energy for their screw up!

Why Are They Allowed To Exist And Be a Monopoly?

Want to have more choices that are bound to be better. Charter is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of using. They truly suck in every way. Look at all these complaints about them! Unreliable, rude and greedy too.

Charter Communications - Price Gouging
I've Been A Charter Spectrum Customer For 6 Years Now. I Moved To An Apartment After My Divorce, And Of Course Charter Is The ONLY Company We Have To Choose From For Phone, Internet, And TV. I Received The Same Startup "BUNDLE" Package That They Lure All The Other Customers In With. Then After The First Year They Jacked Up The Prices. Eventually The Prices Were So High, I Had To Cancel Everything EXCEPT Internet. So Because I Cancelled My Other Services, They Raised The Cost Of Internet To $80 / Month. Internet Speeds Are Okay, But Every Single Night Anywhere From 11 P:M To 2 A:M The Internet Goes Down. I Originally Thought There Was A Problem With My Router Or Modem, So I Would Restart The Both Of Them, And Wait 45 Minutes Or So, And Nothing Would Work. Note ** The Equipment They Give You Is Nothing But RENTED JUNK. Nothing Is New. I Called Them, And Of Course They Recommended That I Upgraded My Internet To Yet Again Another "Special Deal" That They Were Offering. I've Already Reported Them To The Better Business Bureau. Every time My Internet Connection Is Dropped, I Get My Cell Phone Which I Now Have Through SPRINT And Go To Down Detector.com And It Always Shows THOUSANDS Of Other People Who Have Complained About Internet Outages In This Area, And Several Other States. Long Story Short... Charter Spectrum SUCKS And Needs To Fix This Problem FAST. It's A Monopoly And They Know There Is Nothing We The Customers Can Do About It. The Rich Are Getting Richer, And The Poor Are Getting Poorer.

Spectrum News In Western NY A Disaster

Poor reporting with shallow news stories that dumb-down the audience. Buffalo is a boring place, who cares about it compared to the historic things happening these days that they don't or barely touch upon reporting. Breanna Fuss is a terrible reporter who last weekend said "library" as "libwawy." How did she get to be a weekend anchor???? I turn her off immediately now, do not return to watching the broadcast, and that means I am not watching the Spectrum ads on the program either. Sports starts at 5 pm and they only talk about the Buffalo Bills. What about other football games? NBA Finals? World Series? Not even covered! Disgraceful and I refuse to pay for this garbage. I hope the Bills lose every game so maybe they'll finally top talking about them. Weather is incredibly inaccurate and is good for that day and maybe the next day only as far as accuracy. Tuesday and Thursday's forecast for the weekend often look radically different. There is 15 minutes of inaccurate weather in every 60 minute newscast! I'm paying for 24/7 news, sports and weather, not shallow news, features, "sport" or should I say "team," and accurate weather and not this garbage amateur production that masquerades as news. Charter needs to fold up this operation, get rid of the bozos making these terrible decisions, hire professionals to run the station, and relaunch it as the new Spectrum News with the news you want to hear about with none of the things you don't. I hope Charter takes the necessary actions to give the customers what they Are paying for. I will leave Spectrum if not and certainly not upgrade with any of their other products they are peddling.

I am filling a complaint with the horrible insulation of the cable. Location is 3848 S. Clark, Mexico, Mo. Problem: 1.The technician left footprints in the freshly sewed yard 2.Drilled holes in the brand new metal siding that were not necessary. 3.Did not communicate with the owner before drilling holes in new building. 4.The box is really crocked 5.Wires are not neatly installed 6. They didn't bother to install the caps that we had on the berried conduit that were on there originally. We had already installed a conduit pipe in the ground, so they wouldn't have to dig in the yard. Somebody need to inspect this insulation job, just to see what your technicians are doing. I did call last week and haven't heard a word. We need this resolved before the store opens later this month Thanks, Ben Steinman bensteinman@***.net 573.721.1381

Cancel Anytime

I have searched every where for an email address for Spectrum. THERE IS NONE! I need to cancel service I took for my son who is mentally ill. I pay for it but it is in his name and They probably will want to talk to him which is impossible. The say cancel at anytime but they make it impossible to do so.

Intermittent internet servoce

Technician came and checked all connections and tested each line. The next day service is even worse. Literally dropping connection every couple minutes. This is absurd!!!

Caller ID incorrect.

I moved to spectrum mobile and my calls had my name when recipient received call. All of a sudden when I make a call it lists caller ID as Sky Fitness. I called spectrum mobile help line and they said sorry we cant change it to your name but only wireless caller. How could it give my name and then change it to a business. Why cant you correct it. I know Im an individual and have worked multi billion dollar companies and also understand big Corp says who cares about this guy. Just venting and not very happy. Larry Keefe

Showing on my credit report

I just recently viewed my credit report and I have a collection of 608 dollars with the name Charter Communications said it was opens 03/03/2020 I do not and should not owe anything that should be in collections. What is this?
