Called to cancel service got disconnected no one called me back.

Charter Communications in Simpsonville, South Carolina - My internet goes out every night
My internet has gotten slower and slower. Each time a tech comes out, he has a different reason for it. After every visit it gets slower. For the last month, the internet completely stops working around 8 or 9 pm. I called them and the next 2 nights, it started going out at 7:30. They can't come out until 3 days later. They have a monopoly, do there is no where else to get internet here.
