Highly Dissatisfied with the service and billing dispute. I was charged a service call fee when I request a technician to tell me about some crossed wires after an installation that was not there before the installation.

When I called after seeing the charge the first time I was told it was credited off the account. After discontinuing the service due to did-satisfaction and closing the account I am still being billed that charge.

Turned out it did not get removed from the bill. I am now escalating the credit of this charge by sending a complaint to the headquarters address location of: 11 Commerce Road, New Town, CT 06470

Product or Service Mentioned: Charter Communications Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Billing practices, Excuses, Lies to sign up.
