Service cuts out now and then, then the boot has to happen. Missed most of the program, (news), then have to wait till it comes back on, usually 10 minutes.

Moved, never had a worse experience. Would not transfer a credit to my new address, therefore had to pay for service until they decide to put credit from old address to new address. Which was told, 6 to 8 weeks. Holding on to my money for that long while I pay for a service twice.

Worst service ever. Maybe if they hired intelligent people.

I know, people are generally stupid to the fact they cannot change the batteries in the remote, but I am out of the ordinary. I have dealt with this over and over and still have trouble with their system not working properly, and it is usually due to their equipment.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Self install.

I didn't like: Service once moved.
