Please, please stop using the script when customers call in for service problems! Had a problem with my phone today.
I don't know if that was solved; time will tell. Then, I get this crazy terms and conditions on my internet which you must read (good luck) and accept. Only thing is it won't let you accept, but goes to an error page. This means you cannot read about half the articles on facebook or yahoo.
So I call Spectrum again and get two different answers. I asked to speak to the supervisor who tells me someone will call tomorrow morning after the issue has been fixed. This is the shortened version of my conversations with Spectrum today. Honestly, usually I am a very calm person, but this company makes me want to scream.
They just keep repeating the script over and over.
They could save a lot of time if they would quit doing that and listen to the customer. GRRRRR
