This is the ever ever worst TV & internet service provider. The quality of technology (TV & internet speed) is good but the human resources (billing & customer service) are the worst.
Don't ever get services rather seek some other providers. They send too unreasonable amount of bill that was not in agreement. There is no way to contact except they occasionally pick up your call and takes around 1-2 hours to explain them but you won.t get solved.
They continually send bill again and again but do not solve your problem. So with this, it gets worst customer service and satisfaction rating and it deserves in reality.
