We purchased the cable/internet/phone package. Well first of all, EVERY month the bill goes up.

But the worst part about this crappy company is that every 5 minutes (no exageration there at all) the signal goes out. That means, no cable, no internet and no phone. CONSTANTLY have to reset the *** box. Customer service is a joke to, they tell you "Oh so sorry to hear that, try resetting your box." Or "There's an issue with one of our towers, we'll call you when we have an estimated time for it to come back on." UMMMMMM, Call me?

I have no phone service you idiots!

DON'T waste your money!!!!! They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing here! Except they tell me that if I get the Wired Maintenance Plan it will fix the problem..... Crooks.
